Skimover wheels were originally designed by a ski geek named Jorge. As he's getting a bit older, he and his wife wanted to carry their skis up the mountain with a little more ease. Jorge, an engineer, utilised his engineering skills and his newly purchased 3D printer. He set himself the long and arduous task (he didn't know it was going to be long and arduous at the start of this journey) of making some wheels for himself and his wife. However, the first set broke on the first hill when he got to the prototype phase. So, he went back to the drawing board, made them better and stronger, and finally created some 'Skimovers.'

Now, you might be wondering, what does all this have to do with paddle boarding? Well, apart from being a passionate engineer, newly keen 3D printer and designer, and skier, Jorg also absolutely loves paddle boarding. So, he thought, 'Hey!' (All said in Swedish, as that's where he is from!) 'I can make my Ski movers and adapt them for paddle boarding,' and that's exactly what he did.

After more trials and more effort than expected, Jorg has brought to market a wheel that's incredible. It's easy to fit, and extremely quick, and the wheels are small, allowing for easy packing away on your board.

These wheels are really for anyone who finds it a struggle to carry their board or wants to carry the board a longer distance than from the car to the beachfront and struggles with it. They're incredibly easy, quick, and easy to fit and are going to revolutionise paddleboard carrying.

We offer a free delivery service on ALL UK mainland orders except for canoes, kayaks, sit-on-tops, some Stand Up paddleboards and paddles over 1.5m in length. These and all other carriage rates have been subsidized to reflect the above!

We take great care to ensure that everything we send you is carefully packed to arrive in good condition and is insured whilst in transit.

On arrival please inspect package for any signs of damage. If none is apparent you can either sign for the goods or insist that you open and inspect the goods before signing the consignment note.  

If the consignment note is signed and the goods are later found to be damaged we cannot deal with any claim for damage.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
For your peace of mind NorthShore Watersports has a no quibble 30 day returns policy and no re-stocking fee.

Any goods purchased from NorthShore Watersports can be returned unused within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. The goods must be in the original packaging, with all labels and tags intact.

You are responsible for return postage costs to us and the goods must be in an 'as new' condition.

Please put a note inside with your order number stating whether you would like an exchange or refund.

If goods are being exchanged, Northshore will pay the postage back to yourself of the new item except for canoes, kayaks and paddles.

Overseas deliveries

As of 01/01/21 the United Kingdom left the European Union as such we are now a non-EU country.
Please be aware that Import Duty / Fees are applied when the goods arrive in the destination country.
The receiver of the goods is responsible for paying the destination country’s Import Duty / Fees.
Goods will be held by Customs until any outstanding payments are made. If payment is not made the goods will be delayed, returned to the sender or the goods destroyed.
Northshore is NOT responsible for any Import Duty / Fees, does not know the amount to be paid nor has any contact with Customs in any destination country.
Should the receiver refuse to pay the Import Duty / Fees (which is a legal requirement) ALL shipping charges both sending and returned costs the sender is billed will be deducted from any refund owed.
